God's Presence
We can sense God in the morning
As we breathe the fresh, clean air,
In the country where the dewdrops
Cling to roses soft and fair.
We can sense God at noon
As we stroll amid the garden,
viewing yellow buttercups,
Assured our sins are pardoned.
We can sense God in the evening
When morning glories fold,
Just to catch a glimpse of the sunset,
God's love revealed so bold.
We can sense God at night
When darkness overtakes,
Trusting our Father's love,
Sweet peace when we awake.
